Are you up for a CHALLENGE?
Possibly NOT... Okay, fair enough.
But, how about just getting a piece of paper and a pencil or pen?
Okay, so here's what you can try:
1. Write down one word or make a scribble on that piece of paper.
2. Now put that word or scribble back into the pencil or pen.
Could you do it? No...

Because there are things in life that we cannot change,
but we have options to work with that which we
Journaling is one of those options, (yes, there are several) and what happens between the brain, the heart, and the hand when writing is a miracle. To mention a few, journaling is a stress reliever, a thought organizer, and a planning tool some of us take for granted.
You are highly encouraged to try journaling.
by the way, journaling doesn't just have to be done with writing or typing words. Doodles and sketching are part of journaling, at least they is are my books :)
Give it a whirl... Your positive potential may be lurking in those words or doodles!
Can you fit all these categories into one Journal?

1. Eat healthy, sleep well, exercise
2. Be happy, talk to people, make friends
3. Learn new skills, start a hobby
Oh Fun... #3 is the thickest :)
